Milbank were not attracting the right candidates in Hong Kong and Beijing, and struggling to get the right people 'over the line'. They were looking for a partner with market expertise to design a recruitment process that would improve the caliber of professional they were attracting. GRM were quick, aggressive, and proved to be exactly what they needed. SANOFI: STREAMLINING PROBLEMATIC HIRES
Leading international pharmaceutical company Sanofi needed to replace a long-standing head of legal with a new hire to head up legal across Southern Africa. The hire was extremely difficult because all key players and decision makers were based in different countries, including France, Brazil, and South Africa. As a result, Sanofi had very limited access to the legal market in South Africa and engaged GRM to act on their behalf in managing the entire executive recruitment function, including managing other agencies and role players. ROBECO: MAPPING UNFAMILIAR TERRITORY
Leading international asset manager Robeco were looking to replace a long-standing compliance officer with a new hire to head up compliance across the APAC region. This was Robeco’s first hire in this area as the incumbent had joined in a different capacity. As a result, Robeco had a very limited understanding of the compliance market in the region, apart from knowing that it is incredibly competitive with a very limited number of quality candidates.
